100% of the royalties (which is generally no more 15% of the purchase price) are donated from the art and designs here in this store, to the Loyal Arthurian Warband, who have the interests of Stonehenge and the People who use it at, the centre on their work.
Currently, The Loyal Arthurian Warband, (headed by Battle Chieftain and Titular Head of the Warband, eco warrior King Arthur Pendragon) are maintaining a protest picket at Stonehenge for the return of the ancient human remains which were interred at Stonehenge in ancient times. These remains are being held indefinitely by Sheffield University after they have conducted all of the tests they can conduct ( despite keeping samples) and they refuse to re-inter the remains of these very real people, our ancestors, back to their rightful place at Aubrey Hole 7 amongst the stones.
King Arthur Pendragon and other members of the druid, Pagan,Wiccan community maintain the picket every single day, collecting signatures on the petition to Sheffield University, whatever the weather and will continue to do so until the Guardians have been returned to Stonehenge. If you visit Stonehenge you will find him and other pagans at the site every day, right near the entrance to the car park, near the refreshments stand, in the National Trust owned adjacent field. Please go along and sign the petition to have the Guardians returned.

Buying one of the designs contributes much needed funds to maintain the protest and raises awareness to the cause. Arthur Pendragon relies totally on the generosity of people to continue the protest picket and claims nothing from the state.
This is not a faith issue, this is a human issue. Those who have been laid to rest should be left to stay at rest.
Sheffield University have no right to claim the remains as their own, as they are the remains of all of our ancestors, who lived, worked and died around Stonehenge in Ancient times. They were respected people in their lifetime, who had high status to be buried in the holes directly around the stones of Stonehenge, and command that same respect in death. It is time they were laid back to their eternal resting place.
The Guardians must be returned!

I am Lou Purplefairy, a professional artist/photographer/designer and writer and a member of The Loyal Arthurian Warband. I am also a psychic tarot reader and spiritual counsellor. Apparently, I am also an excellent baker and cook, or so my friends tell me! I live in Devon, UK, and have many interests and influences including pagan interests, art and design, photography, environmental and spiritual issues.
I am a dedicated Pagan/Druid member of the Stonehenge Loyal Arthurian Warband Stonehenge Grove and a member of the pagan Avebury community. I also give Bardic performances at the Free and Open Gorsedds in Avebury and at Stonehenge.
